Outdoor Front Porch Coating Recommendations

The next spring project will be to coat my front porch. It is pored concrete slab L shaped about 240 sq ft. It has 2 very small cracks that will need to be filled first.
I would like a "concrete grey color" and would need some type of anti skid so it is not slippery. The porch is covered but will get wind blown snow and rain and does get sun light on it parts of the day. This is in North East PA so very cold to hot.

I am also replacing the railing and the replacement post mounting plate is a different size than what I have now. I will need a product to fill the old holes that would be strong enough to drill next to for the new mounting hardware since the new posts are not much different in size.

Right now the slab is dirty and stained so pressure washing will be first step and any other prep recommended for the coating.

Thanks for any help

Kevin

Hi, take a look at either our Armorpoxy Surface Bond or Armor Renew, both are designed for outdoor use.

Decent oil based paint.

I used $25 a gallon "floor paint" from Lowes in the front showroom of the shop. About needed a respirator from the fumes, so must be good!
Has held up well considering the traffic.
