I installed a Taco PC700 outdoor reset last week and I'm not 100% clear on what I should set it to.

I have it set.

Outdoor Start Temp 70*
Boiler Start Temp 70*
Outdoor Design Temp -15*
Boiler Design Temp 190*
Min Boiler Temp 135*

Burnham PVG 90k BTU boiler, slab heat. Primary/secondary loop with Honeywell MW128 mixer between the 2

The thing is that it it's always running the boiler at 135*. It hasn't gotten much colder than about 25*, so maybe that is the correct setting, but wanted to see if any of you guys could give me some info.

When used with a condensing boiler the minimum boiler temp setting has to be turned off in the installers menu. If it's not turned off the boiler will cycle around minimum set point during mild weather to avoid condensing the flue gasses.
