Is anyone aware of some rubber or plastic grommets, that are good for outdoor use? I used some standard rubber grommets when wiring up some lights on my pontoon boat, and after 1 year they're starting to crumble. Need some that can stand up to the elements.

Silicone them there holes. Had sponsons on my jetski years ago that I removed and all I did was silicone the holes up. No bolts, just silicone. Ran it almost everyday during summer months for 2 years with no issues. Sat in water tied to a dock. Never took on water once.

May want to contact - Britech - and see what they recommend for your application.

I didn't think of that, because I wanted it to look nice. But now that you mention it... the holes aren't any place where anyone can see. Yeah I'll silicone them

I used silicone a few years ago on a project because I didn't have grommets and I'll never go back.

Works for outdoor lighting seals as well.
