Outdoor speaker wiring

Looking for some advice for re-wiring my outdoor speakers. These are fairly long runs and cannot be put into the walls. I have hardi-plank siding and I'd like to be able to fasten them to the outside and paint over them.
Suggestions?

Why not use wireless speakers?

I have had a inside sound bar out under thenover hang of my house for 4-5 years. Its survived some major storms and wind. Its on the windy side of the house.

EMT conduit.

Run it just under an overlap, not in the middle.

Less obtrusive might be to run along the eaves and drop to the speakers. Depends on your eave construction, speaker location, etc.

EMT conduit might be tough. I think it would work OK in some areas but... I have to wrap an outside corner with trim so that would definitely stand out. I would run it under trhe eaves but that increases the run somewhat and there are roofline changes that would make that tough to do.
In hindsight I would have run the conduit under the patio and up the wall.

Is it a patio set on a stone base? If so its prety easy to pull up a line of stones and lay the speaker wire in there then put the stones back.

paver stones yes. I could do that I suppose but it would be quite a bit of work. From one speaker to where they line exits the basement is about 30'.

Thanks Stang. That looks like it could work. I'll have to come up with a solution for the inside and outside corners but that could be just a piece of trim.
I asked them if it could be painted.
Thanks again.

Those wire guards look nice, but they don't seem have any basic accessories like couplers or ells. Since they're PVC, I'd think they'd droop or twist with expansion and contraction.

Inside corners would be easy, just miter the ends at 45.

For outside corners, drill a hole at 45 degrees from the outside of the trim.

Along the same lines is regular old metal wiremold, and there's a bunch of fittings for them. Not supposed to be used on the exterior, but you're not running line voltage in it anyway.
