Anyone out there have any suggestions on what to use for re-insulating a used wb water jacket that will provide a superior R value and take the heat without breaking down? Cannot find any good vibes on the Industrial foam sprays as they seem to degrade over time & heat!

If ya got the space, Foamboard, outside the fiberglass,...

Yea , I believe fiberglass is your only option.

If you wrap in it in single sided vinyl backed fiberglass insulation, seal the seams with tape, then build a metal "shed" around it to keep the water off it.
