Getting ready to install an outdoor wood burner to heat my 40x64 pole barn. 8 runs of pex in floor. Garage has 5" spray foam on walls, insulated garage doors, and r-30 in ceiling. Wood burner is 180,000 BTU. How often am I going to be filling burner if I keep garage around 65*???

It really just depends. I would say 1 to 2 times a day. What brand wood boiler are you going to be using? There are several factors that come into play like what your water capacity is, how far from the building your wood boiler will sit, wood moisture content, outside temp and how well your pex will be insulated. I would count on twice a day. I have a Hardy H2 that I fill half full twice a day.
