Outlet cover question

I've got 2 feet of the 4"x4" wireway with the cover. I'm going to put 3 220 (a 50AMP, 30amp L6 and a 20) plus 2 110v outlets.

The cover piece is plain with the screws around the perimeter. Can I just mill holes for the outlets to stick through and not use additional individual covers? The holes would have to be more exact, but might look nicer in the end.

Will connect it to the panel above it with steel conduit.

Rich, I don't entirely follow - I think you've got wireway and want to drop wire and outlets into it.... I'm not sure that this is a valid UL listed "enclosure" but I might not be understanding what you're doing.

If you need a 50A, 30A (120v), and 20A, there is a great RV panel on amazon - exterior rated with Siemens breakers for about $120.

I see this in Industrial panels often, to mount a receptacle or other instrumentation device panel. They mill or cut out hole and install directly to door or wall of enclosure. Could argue that the panel must be closed while energized? Though no Industrial control panel is UL listed as built and installed... They are all custom for the job.
