I bought a Macnaught Retracta back in December that I am very happy with. I found out about it here on GJ. It has 1/2" hose instead of 5/8" hose, but that hasn't caused me any issues. I got it from Amazon for $199.00, but it doesn't look like they have them anymore. Zoro carries them now at a slightly higher price, $240.00.

Do you do anything with hose and reel for winter?Another vote for Eley as mine has stayed outside year round for 5 years and counting with zero issues.
these 2 brands are the ones i see mounted on service trucks most of the time. cheaper reels dont last long when exposed to the elements.Check Reelcraft and Cox

You won't regret it. It's super high quality. This site has cost me too much money.
I took the plunge and ordered the Eley hose reel this morning. I'm replacing two broken plastic ones.
