Overhead door in a metal building?

I see folks have advised against it. I have 2 ea 10'x10' openings and one 7' x 7' opening in my new 30x40x14 Carolina Carport building that need overhead doors. I do not want rollups.

I have a couple q's:

*Do you think I can install the 7x7 directly to the building without additional framing? - it's on a side and has double square tubing over it (like a header) already.

*On the 10x10s (which are next to each other on one end), frame to a double 2x8 wood header across the top to a single 2x8 down each side, or should the verticals be doubled too?

*How do I reinforce where the tracks attach to the metal 'trusses' (when the doors are open/overhead)?

ANY comments suggestions etc much appreciated. I need to button up my new, um, baby without pulling the roof down!

I found this pic (shoutout to Midwest Steel Carports), it appears to be a very similar construction to the Carolina Carports building (the trusses don't have the crossbracing mine does - smaller building I assume) , and appears to show a simple single stud added to the metal tube framing around the face of the opening and no additional bracing to hang the door tracks. Smaller than 10x10 doors though.

The wall on mine that the 10x10s are on does seem a little flimsy, I may run a 8x2 0r 10x2 all the way across the top regardless. Any way to add a bit of support to the 'truss' that holds the back of the rails, that will actually do something?
