What’s a good long lasting lube for all the hinges roller bearings etc

Something spray with a plastic straw would be preferable as to not to coat the whole thing

WD-40 company Makes a spray ongrease?

I have had good luck with the PB Blaster garage door lube. I use it annually on multiple overhead doors.

I agree with the recommendation for specialized garage door lube. Menards sells it by the WD40/auto lube type products. Spray on aerosol type can is easy to apply to springs, tracks, rollers, etc. Not very expensive.

I just did mine at the house with the PB Blaster brand. It quieted things down pretty good. I went ahead and gave the sliders in my tool chest a quick squirt and it smoothed them up pretty good too.

I've also used the 3-in-1 branded lube on the doors at the Farm, it did a nice job as well.

Don't ask.
White lithium grease.

I though WD-40 was a product but I just learned it is a company and they do have a variety of products (including white lithium grease).
