Overhead door sticks to concrete

I rarely open the overhead doors but when I do I've been having a problem with the rubber seal (weatherstripping) on the bottom of the overhead door sticking to the concrete garage floor.
It's become such a problem that at times the 3800 Lift Master can't open the door or if it does open, it pulls the rubber weatherstrip from the bottom of the door.
This was even happening in the summer before the weather started getting cold so it's not just from the cold temps.
Anybody have to deal with this or have any suggestions?

Any lube will help prevent sticking. If it is bad, take your grease gun to it. That will stop it.

I'll give the silicon spray a shot. I was hesitant to put anything on it with the temps dipping below freezing but can't imagine the silicon spray causing any problems.

I had the same problem with one roll up door. Nothing worked including silicone spray. The four other roll ups never stuck! I used a different supplier for the seal on this troublesome door. The cure-I sprinkled white sand on the floor under the door seal so it could not possibly stick. After awhile I swept the sand away and now the seal never sticks.

Never actually encountered this, I'd caution against any kind of lube, as it'll stain the concrete, and possibly damage the bottom rubber over the long term... dusting of talc? Is the bottom rubber fully smooth or ribbed?

Bottom of rubber seal is smooth, not ribbed. Hate to put anything down that will become a magnet for **** to stick to the seal. Never thought of the powder idea or the fine sand.
I was leaning towards a spray lubricant but may try the non-spray options first.

There I was sitting at the kitchen table reading the suggestions you guys came up with and the wife walks over and starts reading the posts.
She starts laughing and says "I don't see the big deal, just rub some liquid dish soap (Dawn) on the floor and you're good to go".
I knew there was a reason I married that woman!! I'll report back in a week or so once I let it sit and see if she was right.
