Overhead door window insulation

My overhead door is somewhat stock insulated without steel backing along with single pane windows in top row. I feel like I’m losing a lot of heat from the single pane windows

Looking for options to insulate that row

- already check all the seals, no light is coming through anywhere on the edges. Garage is insulated in walls and above.

- can I buy a panel to replace the one with windows?

- am I just chasing my tail and be better off getting a 2” steel backed garage door?

It’s been a while, but I replaced a couple of weather damaged sections on the door at a previous house, and a section of door that was damaged in shipping.

As long as the door is still in production, a new panel without windows should be available. You’re going to have to know the manufacturer and model though, and understand that a new door with better insulation may be a better option.
