Open it up and copy the dip switch settings to clone the remote. I'm surprised a commercial place would still use that old technology. Way too easy to steal the codes. Time for an upgrade. Your insurance carrier would probably insist if they knew.
It’s our commercial place. If it aint broke waaay out here in the puckerbrush of New Hampshire, can’t fix it. Lol

Is this the unit you have?

Before you climb up there, open up the existing remote and look for 2 sets of DIP switches (since it's a 2 button remote)

Copy that pattern into a new remote or two.

I ordered two single button 10-coded dip switch fobs. The double is too easy to accidentally hit the other botton and not know about it and have a moose or a bear in the shop the next morning.
