Overhead garage door seals??

I currently have the vinyl door seals and need to replace them. My doors are 2" commercial smooth surface. I was looking at 2 different types.
#1 Snirt - which they show leaving the current seal in place and placing over it. My current seals will be coming off, they are cracked and worthless in the cold & wind. Anyone that has used Snirt for a while?? Are yours installed over the old seal or directly on the framing?? The only reviews I could find on those were people selling them or influencers who were sent the product.
#2 Tri-Fin Polar with the metal mounting bracket. I have seen some reviews but those talked about the pvc/vinyl mounts to hold the rubber seal. The complaint with those was the holders warped in the heat, but nothing about the seals themselves. Up here in South Dakota we get triple digits heat and -20's cold in winter. I have installed Green Hinges on all 4 overhead doors last week.
I know they make a brush style seal too. We had those 20 years ago on 2 doors at work. Sealed really well, but only lasted about 3 years, then the bristles broke off. May have improved them since.
Anyone with actual usage of either type Snirt or Tri-Fin??
TIA

They get very stiff in the cold and they crack. That is what I have now. I get it that they are cheap, and can be replaced often. I'm looking for something that will be flexible in the winter.
