Lots of P&C and Plomb at estate and garage sales this weekend. Made the rounds on Friday, since I had to work Saturday and Sunday.
The first sale was out in the country and featured "heavy truck tools." I made a deal on a whole shelf full of 3/4 drive tools with some 1" drive and 1/2" drive mixed in. The best items were the two Proto ratchets, a pebble 1" and the 3/4. Many of the sockets are P&C, but also Williams, Craftsman, SK, Blackhawk and Cornwell. The extensions are P&C, SK, and Craftsman. There are a couple of items marked "Truth". Three of the L-handles are P&C. The shelf had some other stuff, including a Thorsen 1/4 drive speeder and other wrenches. The shelf contents are shown in the first three photos. I paid $65.00 for everything in the first three photos. I bought some other vise grips and wrenches as shown in the fourth photo for $20.00.

The Plomb slide hammer puller was marked $8.00, but I made a lump sum deal on most of the stuff in this photo for $40.00! The Snap-On 3/8 T-handle cost $3.00. The single end Box wrench is a P&C 2346 (1-7/16") and is the first of this type that I have seen. The three Plomb WF-76 5/8" wobbly sockets were $1.00 each. One of the DBE's is a P&C, two are Vlchek, and two are Williams. The combos all look alike, but one is P&C and the rest Plomb. The Proto body file is really cool!
