Digging through my ratchets looking for a Bog to compare the Plomb to I ran across this. The P&C and Industro that look REALLY similar. P&C on left.

I would be curious to see it but your pictures are not working ? Imagur often has problems with this site ... I would assume you posted pictures of an open gear ratchet ?

I see lots of differences. I don't think I'm an expert but these differences seem to me to indicate they were made by different manufacturers, The shape of the attachment of the head to the handle is narrower on the P & C. The curve at the junctions are not the same. The toggle switches are shaped different. The P & C has a metal button covering the top. The Industro (should that be Indestro?) shows the axle.

This last item in that list may mean that they are not the same construction, maybe.

But wait to see what the experts say.

Form follows function.

The differences are pretty major from a manufacturing standpoint.

There was more than one version of the P&C open gear design.
