P&C “Wright Field”?

Does anyone know anything about “Wright Field” P&C stuff? I have a 3/8 extension marked “WF-17”, and saw a wrench today marked “WF-89”. I know that there is plomb wright field stuff, I have a “WF-37” breaker bar.

PnC was a Plomb factory during the war, but had preexisting dies, etc so some of the tools look different. Noticeably round handle DBEs.
PnC N series represent another contract, but at least the ones I have are otherwise identical to their WF counterparts
