I have this compressor available to me.

No idea on size, other than 175psi shut off, with a Dayton 5hp 240v motor.

Anyone ever heard of this brand? I can't find anything on Google.

I suspect PAC is a dealer, not a brand. Possibly Pacific Air Compressor, but who knows. That looks like a Quincy 325 pump on there, but I don't think it's original to the tank.

Go hear it run. Time how long it takes to fill tank from empty.

If no knocks or problems, then snag it !! Quincy pump will last a lifetime.

Mount it on a pallet to transport. Negotiate the price a bit, then SHOW US the PIC's of compressor in your shop !! ;)

I'd hop on that deal. I've been watching craigslist for over a year now looking for a deal like that.
