Pad for Slab Complete, Washout?

Guys this past week the pad for the slab is finally complete. 32 loads of 60/40 was haul in, and some of the top soil that was removed was pack around the perimeter of the 60/40 for more of a gradual slop. As you can see in the pic, one end of the pad is about 3' above ground and the other end is about 12". My concerns are when it rains that some of the dirt will wash out. I don't think I can get grass to grow fast enough help prevent washout since growing weather is gone. Looking for suggestions or ideals that will help out with minimum loss of the top soil around 60/40.
Its taken long time to get to this point, the worrying seems to never end:(

I routinely plant grass as late as Thanksgiving without a problem and I’m considerably further North than you.

I concur with above, cover it with plastic. Getting it framed in will also help substantially.

How about laying down some sod ? It will take root pretty fast and save some worry.

Don't ask.
Throw down some cheap seed and straw, having some growth is better than none.
Also expect it to get trampled during construction, not a big deal.
