Trying to get info I can on this 1. Can the shape of the opening and that stamped number give a indication of years produced. It's a 3" opening and 24" long. This company was taken over in 1919.

Here's a couple more Page Storms wrenches. Wrenchguy had told me about the rarity of PS wrenches, and boy is he right. The little one is a 22 engineer's wrench. The larger one is a 668. An old JH Williams catalog calls this 668 an "S wrench with flat handle". What's even cooler is that it's a "special". You can barely make out the tiny "special" stamping under the crudely stamped 668.
