Where has the page arrows gone? I used them to move up and down the pages and do miss them.

I see them, too, after/when scrolling vertically. They're at the bottom right of the window. They go away about 4 seconds after one stops scrolling.
I see them as well, on windows 11 on a desktop .

They are still there in all my browsers, but just don't stay visible for more than a few seconds after scrolling. I guess it's better because they don't occupy the screen. I use them only for quickly getting to the top or bottom since they're a way too quick for accurate scrolling. For scrolling I use my mouse wheel. There is also a vertical scroll bar on the right side of the window.
