Paint Booth Questions

I built a garage this summer. It has a room that I want to do some painting in. The room is 23x14x12. I posted a post on this forum previoulsly concerning questions that I had concerning air flow through this room. I am going to introduce air through filters on one end and then exhaust the overspray through filters on the other end with an sealed fan. Someone said that I need a fan equal to 3x's the cubic size of the room (3864x3=11592cfm). Could anyone confirm that that is a correct figure for the fan?
If that is correct, how much filter area do I need from the other end of the room (clean air)?
