Picked up one of the 44" HF US General tool chests this weekend during the tent sale. This will suffice for now. Eventually I will add one more as my needs justify the expense.

Anyhow, as part of my garage re-model, I am using red in the paint scheme. Does anyone have a paint code for this box? I really like the color, and think it will work well with what I am doing.

Thanks!

Pull a drawer and match it with chips at the paint shop.

Even better..Pull a drawer and have any paint jobber use the "Color Eye" to determine exactly what it is. Pretty much guaranteed to get a good match that way.

No help on the paint code here, but I bought one too, and have a question -

There were 2 extra bolts in the handle hardware package - did yours have them and did you figure out what they were for?

I thought maybe to put in the holes on the side without the handle, but was not sure...

LOLZ.

I thought the same thing.

Pull smallest dwr. and take to any automotive paint shop/paint seller or local body shop if you are in good with them and they can color-eye match.

I have a buddy that owns and runs a body shop and see it done all the time.

Easy-peasy.
