Paint Dribble removal ?

I am about to epoxy-coat my garage floor. First problem is when my wife painted the garage while I was deployed she left paint dribbles along the base of the walls. The paint is a Valspar latex. I took a steel brush to them and they seem to go away but instead leave this slight fog on the concrete. Any idea how to remove them? Will the product supplied by the kit take them off? Any insight would be a[[appreciated.

Try Goof Off or get a steel scraper with a sharp blade. I'd scrape first, they should some off.

I think that after the scraping, and an acid wash, youshould have no issue with any residue that is left over.

You are referring to the acid wash in the kit or should I buy something else to go with it?

I tried goo gone earlier today and it just left a dark gray smear. The paint is already gray so I'm not real sure if the paint is gone or not. I'm not sure if there is a difference between goo gone and goof off. Thanks for the quick reply Christine.

Well I just picked up an angle grinder from harbor freight. I'm going to give it a go tomorrow. Thanks.
