Paint Gun to Air Line

Most paint guns have a flare fitting. What are you using to connect a pipe thread air hose or quick connect fitting to your paint gun?

I have a little regulator gizmo with a swivel flare on one end and female pipe threads on the other. It says "DeVilbiss" on it, and may have come with the gun originally.
I don't know for sure, as the gun is older than I am.
