Should I paint my cheap Menards exterior door (leads to lean to) or leave as is?

Paint it to match your toolbox
Good idea but this is only a shed at this point. May not even have my tool box in it. I don't plan on doing anything with walls either. I like it the way it is. Let it gets it's natural patina.

Do what your wife wants. Ordinarily I'd NEVEr suggest that but since you're asking g a bunch of strangers that will never see it, instead ask the woman that will care.

Do you have any paint to put on it or do you have to go buy it?
Are you going to brush, roll, spray, or dip it?
Will painting it bring you or someone in your daily orbit some level of happiness?
What color(s) are you considering?
Is this even your door, or just a picture you found on the Internet?
Why should we care?

So many unanswered questions...

Door warranty may require painting. My Masonite fiberglass do
I'm actually more concerned with the exposed door jams rotting away. I have my wall studs covered with flashing and that's sealed to the jam with pvc trim but jam is just primed pine.

I took an option that makes bottom 8" or so of jamb of plastic.
Early on when starting this project I looked at a door from a steel siding company that was all steel framed. Problem was it was like 400 bucks for a plain jane one. I paid 210 for this 9 window door. Most houses would have a storm door mounted to the brick molding (which is a major cheap product too) and that would protect the framing. I removed a door from my house 25 years ago and the hole framing was cedar (house built in 1926). The one I replaced was the cheap pine but it hasn't given me any problems because it's in a sunroom porch away from weather.
