Paint/Sealer

Had this applied in my new shop space, it is a sealer paint all-in-one. Seals against everything but brake fluid.

If it won't help you against brake fluid it is likely just an epoxy, maybe water based.
You need urethane to protect against brake fluid.

and in all likelihood that will be what you spill on it( Murphy's Law).
