Ok I need advise I used paint stripper to remove old paint but there are some leftover patches in nooks I can't hit with a wire wheel. Question is do I have to get it all off before reprinting or can I paint over those few patches. Will the new paint flake off in those places? Thanks

Especially if you used paint stripper you need to make sure you got all paint off that stsrted to lift. If the old paint lifts the new paint wont have a solid surface to grab onto. Like Zeke, a sandblaster is a good idea. I would try a drill with the smallest wire wheel, then try a dremel with sandpaper if needed. Keep at it, eventually you will get it off.

Remember prep is %90 of painting. All the short cuts I have done in the past never paid off when I have to respray a paint job.

I'm not sure what you're stripping, but Air Plane stripper in the spray can, let it soak and a 4000 Pound pressure washer with the pencil tip usually takes anything I want down to bare metal.
