Paintable Garage wall Guard

Hi,
I am fully done finishing my garage. I have about 2' high concrete slabs from the ground that I want to add some sort of soft material wall guard so that my door doesn't hit concrete part. I thought about cutting pool noodles, use adhesive to mount it and then paint it (Benjamin moore). But I was looking to see if other options are available. I won't do black/white/yellow or some random color guard. It has to be paintable. Thanks for you time in advance.

Google paintable corner guard. They are used for protecting drywall corners but it will get what you want done.
