I am in need of an inline strainer/filter for an old Campbell Hausfeld Al 2203 airless sprayer. I cannot find a source and need to find a pack with 4 or 5 for future use. Does anybody know or can you direct me to a source. Maybe someone has some laying around and has no longer any use for them. I will certainly purchase them from you. The problem with this item is that Campbell no longer supports this gun with any available parts, as it is an older gun that was made in the 1980's. Anyhow, there surely has to be some stock out there. I have tried the internet and all the local paint suppliers in my area. Any help will be appreciated.

The size is about 5/16" round x 1 7/8" long, plastic with a spiral spine on the inside, 100 mesh is the screen size... Thanks to all and the forum!

I found one at e-bay, had to buy the filter assembly just to get the filter. The part number is AL-1233. Shout out if anyone can find just the filter.... Thanks to all.

Inline filter like one that is spliced in to the air line? If that is what you are looking for you might just try typing it into google search and then hit shopping. All kinds of universal inline filters out there

I will try to get a picture of it. Not as easy as you would think. The factory said they have not been made in awhile. Just looking for some old card stock someone may have on hand. Thanks

I have a Graco pump and gun so don't know much about the CH unit. But when you say "in line" do you mean in the gun handle? That's where Graco puts them.

Here's a tip. You don't always need the strainer in the gun or hose. Strain all your paint into a meticulously clean pot. Keep your siphon hose extra clean inside and out. Use a tip filter. Factory paint comes with **** in it. Look in your strainer bag after you rinse it out. I never load a gun with paint out of the can.

If I do my due diligence each time I set up and clean up, I can spray all day w/o a clog. I do have reversatips but I don't care for them much. They drip.
