I painted a garage floor with rust-oleum's premixed epoxy garage floor paint. after 3 weeks the paint is peeling under the hot tires. the floor was previously painted, I scraped all the loose debris, used rust-oleum's heavy duty degreaser, sanded with 100 grit paper, and applied the paint. my client's didn't park on it for 10 days to make sure it cured. now it is peeling. I talked to and faxed rust-oleum for solutions and they completely ignore me, another company with no integraty. I am a remodeling contractor in San Diego so weather doesn't factor in. I frequent Fine Homebuilding's Breaktime forum and was directed here hopeing to find some expert advice on solutions. so any advice is greatly apprreciated.

thanks in advance

The way I got my epoxy to stick was to put it down on a fresh floor that had been etched. Even warm slicks won't pull it up. You may have to sand blast it down to the concrete and start over.
