Painting Garage Walls

I want to paint my walls in my garage. I want to do some sort of 3 color combinstion with stripes. The walls are already white so any tipe would be great. Whats the easiest way to lay the stripes across the walls & not have problems when removing the tape when done painting?

Use a laser level to make the lines. Then to create a perfectly straight painted line. You need to tape off your middle line. Then to seal the tape to create the perfect line, paint over the tape just a little bit with the bottom color and then on the top paint the tape with the top color. You paint the edges like that so it seals off the tape and your stripe color does not bleed through. Then you go ahead paint the center stripe.

Do your own checkered stripe too.... Its easy if if you have kids to peel up the squares after you cut them....
