My 45 year old garage has T1-11 exterior paneling in need of restoration. The interior side of the wood has turned really dark over the years. I am considering coating the inside with Woodlife (copper imbued) preservative and then a top coat of white Kilz to brighten up the interior.
I would appreciate you thoughts on this combination of coatings, and also the best and easiest method of applying them: brush or Wagner-type sprayer. The interior is not insulated, the T1-11 is exposed as are the studs holding everything together.
