painting linoleum

we have moved into a new warehouse at work and I'm trying to clean up an old kitchen area that was used as a mixing room for dyes (they colored aquarium gravel) All different colors of dyes on walls and floor . Has anyone painted linoleum ? I'm not looking forward to trying to remove flooring that has been glued to concrete . any suggestions appreciated .

Glue a new piece on top of it. If there is only 1 or 2 layers down now there should not be any issues. Make sure to repair any holes or tears in the old flooring or it will show through.
