painting OSB, what ya think about using Rustoleum??

I found stuff called Paint & Prime at Menards in a black 5 gal bucket for $25. It seems to work fine. Goes on a bit yellowish then dries a nice white. I used it as the primer and final paint. The price is unbeatable.
