A portion of my floor had indoor/outdoor carpet on it that was glued down. I am removing the carpet & would like to paint the floor but there is some glue residue left on it. Is it possible to expoxy paint over this? Some other type of paint?
If it has to be removed what is the best way to do it? Its not like its uneven but there is a residue on the concrete.

Hmmm, similar to the post just before this about the tile floor.

Best to remove the mastic. This can be done by either renting a diamond grinder or Diamabrush Mastic Removal Tool (some Home Depots rent them), or use our Mastic Dissolver/Softener. This is a nice, safe to use product that you just roll on, then it softens up the mastic and you use a floor scraper to scrape it up. Toss on some cat litter to encapsulate it and shovel it into a a bag for disposal. We then suggest grinding the floor to get rid of any residual mastic. We have thousands of clients who have done this with excellent results.

Another solution, don't bother with it, just cover over it with tiles like our www.supratile.com, or other tiles mentioned often on the GJ.
