I have an EZ lift pallet jack. I use it to move my old snow plow around and raise and lower it to hook up to the truck. I just noticed both of the rollers on the forks have lost the 1/4 inch plastic coating around the outside of the steel roller. I am not sure what I did but they both basically disintegrated and broke off in pieces. I read on line that they are simple to replace. Are they all pretty much the same size or do I need to disassemble them and measure before I order? I tried to find replacements for EZ lift brand but could not find any information.

You might give Generic Parts Service a call at 800-331-0839. They specialize
in pallet jack parts. I was in the forklift business for 20 years and we used to order from them quite often and always received great service.

Same thing happened to my pallet jack. Remove one of the wheels and take measurements. Go to ebay and you can get a pair for $30-$40. Also surpluscenter has them sometimes for even less. Good luck.

The urethane is gone off of both of my steer wheels. It makes more noise moving around, but it only goes about 20 feet during a usage to move a machine in my shop. I have to decide if it is worth it to spend money for that. It does tilt the lift backwards a small amount, 1/4” in 4 feet.
