In my experience, they don't send emails with tracking numbers; they supply you with your order number, which you can view in your account, and it will have the tracking number.

Just like the others my package arrived in lakes than 10 days. A bit light in communication, but they send the order. No signature required. 
When did the cost of UPS ground shipping skyrocket? My recent order from Palmac for some Koken sockets and short extensions cost $14.27 for shipping a 2lb padded envelope to Idaho from MA. Shipping costs were 29% of the cost of the tools. I wish Palmac would offer the option of USPS shipping.

just saw this on their site. the code doesn't seem to work yet, and idk what discount it gives. guessing it will be 10%

the coupon "works" now, but it doesn't take 10% off. seemingly takes off less than 5% for my cart. hm
Their newsletter came out this afternoon. It says 11/25-11/30, 10% off your entire order. It also says: 1) the coupon code is case specific; 2) Delta Regis is excluded; 3) can be used on sale items; and 4) can't be stacked with other codes.

I just placed an order for 5 items (2 Koken sockets, 2 Koken extensions, 1 Gedore wrench). It took 5 attempts for the coupon code to be accepted, but I did finally get 10% off my order.
UPS shipping costs are reasonable this time ($9.72) unlike the last time I placed an order.
