Heads up, Palmac for some reason substantially increased their prices for a bunch of Wera and Gedore items. No idea when that happened but it had to be in the last few months.

It happened the beginning of Nov or end of Oct because I've had a cart of Wera stuff sitting waiting on BF deals that went from $197ish dollars to $287ish dollars. Even with BF deals it doesn't make up for the price increase. I'm wondering if its temporary or thats the new price.

I had the same issue with a few Gedore and Wera items. In some cases the increase has been over 60%. It has me pretty ticked off because no other distributors have had such wild increases.

Palmac has always had good Stahlwille and Koken prices. I got a lot of wrench sets from them. I don’t get why the Wera stuff and Gedore stuff went way up though.

Yesterday I ordered the 3726ZB-280 ratchet (quick release version of the above ratchet) at Amazon-US for a grand total of $67.55. Shipping from Japan is free.
If I had ordered the 3726Z-280 at Palmac, I would have paid $75.16 plus $17 (or more!) for UPS Ground shipping. Palmac has high shipping charges. To get free shipping, your purchase has to be at least $200.
