Palmster Ratchets.....

I finally sprung for a palmster ratchet. A nice used one. Caught my eye because it wasn't Williams or Snap On, it's neon orange, plus it's Mayhew branded. Thought they only did striking tools.

Any palmster owners out there?

The Williams version used to be all over the web and I never got one, but I'm not sure if they're available anymore. Could be in old stock somewhere.

I think they only came in 3/8 drive though.

The old Williams ones and Snap On sets pop up on ebay from time to time.

The Powerline brand palm ratchet only is available on ebay too.

Thank you, I could not think of that other name Powerline. There were a couple old threads on these. Member SMKS had said Powerline was made in Taiwan and didn't have as great a tooth count. Would be nice to have one in hand and compare.

I have both the Williams and Powerline. I had to snag one up after using my Dad's Snap-On. Bought the Powerline first and liked it so I wanted to have a second one for the truck and bought the Williams. Neither compare to the quality of the Snap-On but they're a good little ratchet to have around.
