I finally sprung for a palmster ratchet. A nice used one. Caught my eye because it wasn't Williams or Snap On, it's neon orange, plus it's Mayhew branded. :wtf: Thought they only did striking tools.

Any palmster owners out there?

The Williams version used to be all over the web and I never got one, but I'm not sure if they're available anymore. Could be in old stock somewhere.

I think they only came in 3/8 drive though.

Thank you, I could not think of that other name Powerline. There were a couple old threads on these. Member SMKS had said Powerline was made in Taiwan and didn't have as great a tooth count. Would be nice to have one in hand and compare.

I have both the Williams and Powerline. I had to snag one up after using my Dad's Snap-On. Bought the Powerline first and liked it so I wanted to have a second one for the truck and bought the Williams. Neither compare to the quality of the Snap-On but they're a good little ratchet to have around.
