by looking at the pictures,
The yellow digits are watts, assume that's a current reading.
the aqua digits are kwh, watts over time, 100 watts over 10 hours is 1000 watt hours or 1kwh.
it also says something about clicking the menu button to view the current and cumulative power consumption.

The transducer measure only amps. To get the voltage reading, you need an additional input.
The meter isn't completely hooked up.

220 (240) is a line-line voltage in the US
The meter isn't going to care if its 120 L-N or 240 L-L or 230 L-N in the UK.
Just like a DMM doesn't care if you're putting the leads on a 120 or 240 circuit.
