Maybe??? I actually picked up a 434 1/2 one day missing the main screw thinking I'll find one some day. Well, that day hasn't come. I'm guessing between the two of ours, a person could make one good vise.
Well... I guess then it comes down to who sells what to whom.
I just ordered a new wrench for mine.
My swivel lock screw is not in the best condition (where the wrench fits), and I believe I can fix it with a little weld metal and a file.
It is missing the one pipe jaw. It does not look as if the pipe jaws ever held anything, at least not enough to mark them in any way. Both pins are there.
My moveable jaw has a big gouge taken out, near the jaw (as seen below). I was considering filling it with braze metal to just to fill it in, and yet not 'hide' the damage/repair. It does not 'need' repair.
The jaws are in pretty good condition... a bit worn and still nice crosshatching left all across the width.
Overall it will 'restore' nicely. The handle is straight, and it does not appear to have seen very much use... very few scars.
You?
