Parker CC (Vulcan) Vise Popularity and Value

After doing quite a bit of searching on here I haven’t seen any Parker CC Vise posted. Are they that rare or just not that sought after?

Nez,

Man ya couldn't have done too much searching if you can't find anything on Charles Parkers vises on this site. C. Parker vises aren't especially rare, but are considered to be good vises. The on you have pictured looks to be missing the original collar that keeps the main screw in the vises and potentially the swivel base, if that model came with one. Other than that, it appears to be in pretty good shape.

Mr Mayer you might have missed the point of OP’s post is that he has a Chas Parker vise that is “No. CC” and is looking for some info on this particular vise. It has no base being it is a fixed vise. Here’s another one I found with a quick google search!3a997d639723bd9c1dbc3022276ec491.jpg

Well, it's not fixed, it's an under the bench swivel vise. Circa 1900 I think - I have a "number" F which is a 5-1/2" wide jaw fixed vise. A brother of the CC. Two digits means swivel, one means fixed from memory.

Yours looks welded though?
