Parker CC vise

Picked up a Parker CC vise. Seeking input about how to restore it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Restore? Is there a problem with it? Do you intend to use it or are you just wanting to flip it after a rattle can rebuild? One photo doesn't say much about it.

That’s definitely a repair. These are both 577’s and you can see the machined and cast iron surfaces in that area. @Smitty that's the first time I've seen a 577 not repaired. I notice that the dynamic jaw has rather abrupt edge where the machining stops and that concave arc begins. I wonder if...

Unless there's a problem with it I'd just oil the screw, mount it, and use it.
