I have one of those metal parts bins with clear plastic drawers I got from work. Anyone know of a source for the dividers that go in the drawers?

Call the Mfg with the model number.
But if you are talking about the small black squares, I just cut up old oil or antifreeze bottles.

Sheet styrene (Evergreen is one such supplier) is very common at hobby stores that work with model cars and trains. It's easy to cut and shape to what you want.

That said, today I'd probably cut one manually and get it all fitted up, then trace, scan, and cut them out on the laser, if only because I could.

Cardboard / matboard may be an even simpler solution.
