What is a good and safe parts washer fluid to use?

I don't want anything flammable. Also, I will be using a cheap Chinese parts washer, so I don't know how well the pump is designed.

I've tried every type of fluid, and if you want to clean parts to get oil off, there is only one that works well. White spirit. Dries without a residue, removes oil, but not paint. However, flammable, and will probably dissolve your plastic pump.

I just bought a fuel pump and plumbed it in, and it works fine.

I dont think that white spirit on your skin will improve your life, so good gloves are important.

I use awesome from the dollar store, I get the half gallon refill size and then mix it 50/50 with winter windshield cleaner. Works great, Don't freeze and it is cheap.
