Ok.. I bought a parts washer off craigs list cheap, it works great and I cleaned it up and painted it.. fill the tank, and find it has a very slight weaping hole in the bottom. :wtf: I found it and welded it shut, but I'm concerned it may have more. Anyone have expericane on sealing these, or is my best bet to buy some sheet metal and weld in a new floor to the washer?

Try a small test patch of truck bedliner paint. Let it cure and see if it'll hold up to long term exposure to mineral spirits. Once it's cured it's pretty much impervious to anything. I've used it to seal smaller containers that hold flammable liquids and it has held up -- not sure how it would hold up to large volume containers.
