Look like ones we had at my last workplace. Kinda cheap, but its just a tank that holds a liquid. Most of them didn't have a straight panel left on them, but they don't leak, and the pumps are fine. Seem to hold up even in really nasty stuff that needs changed. (they weren't cleaned out very often) Probably a better than a harbor freight model. With a bunch of people slamming the lids all day, the reinforcement piece inside the lid that the struts attach to always seemed to pop off. Its a weak point.
