I'm working on designing a patio for the backyard. It's 25x30 made from steel. Curious if anyone has any feedback. I'm going to have a certified welder build it, but I may do the cut and prep work. Materials are - 6x6x.25 posts, 8x2x11ga tube and purlins are 8", with 26 gauge sheet and trim (not shown). It's currently designed with 1.5ft overhangs on all sides. Going to put a 4" pad underneath as it's only going to have BBQ's, dining table and lounge chairs underneath. I modeled it in Solidworks.
