I don’t want this to seem spammy but I stumbled across Paul Brodie’s YouTube channel and I want to share it. Most of his stuff seems to be cycle centric. Some bicycles, some motorcycles but lots of good general fab and manual machining. He has some good brazing videos too.

He’s kind of a teacher in the way he presents things; really explaining what he is doing and why.

I enjoyed getting put on to ICwelds through here recently so hopefully someone enjoys this.

I've watched a few of his videos myself, guy is a real Craftsman, I like his very methodical approach to projects. Certainly worth watching.

He's like the Bob Ross of bicycle/motorcycle fabrication. Every time I've watched one of his episodes I've learned something. His brazing skills are quite impressive.

I had a Broadie Catalyst (mtn bike) back in the day.. beautiful mix of fine tig and brazing.. and the best geometry at the time.

The first video of his that I found was motorcycle related so it took me a while to put two and two together and realize that he was behind Brodie bicycles.

I really appreciate his attention to detail. I’ve found that it doesn’t really matter what he is making, there are enough general fabrication tips that make it worth while. It’s also nice to see someone do strictly manual machining. Although CNC is cool, it’s not practical for a lot of garage fabricators.

Funny just found him via suggestion a few days ago and dig his channel. Sent a link to my son who is taking shop classes. Tons to learn and great that he is being uploaded for future techs.
